During Sony’s State of Play earlier today, We were gifted some goodies in the form of a new gameplay trailer for Silent Hill 2’s remake, as well as a release date. Mark your calendars, as Oct. 8th is the date you can damage your fragile little psyches all over again. It was a bit of a shock that they chose to announce at SoP and not the Silent Hill Transmission that was happening as I type this, but new info is welcome wherever it comes from! We get a good glimpse at the gameplay, and a taste of the psychological terror in store for us. Silent Hill 2 is console exclusive for the PS5, and will also see a PC release.
